Who LiteSpeed hosting is for
Online stores and sites where visitors sign in: WooCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop, membership platforms, courses, bookings. On these sites most visits come from people who are logged in or have items in the cart — exactly the cases where an ordinary cache steps aside and every page is built from scratch.
For a brochure site or a blog, our standard web hosting is enough and costs less. We tell you up front, so you do not pay for something you will not use.

What LiteSpeed does and does not do
What it does: it serves from cache the pages most visitors see — the home page, categories, products. These load almost instantly and use none of your plan's resources, so the store stays fast when many customers arrive at once, for example after an ad or a sale.
What it does not do: the cart, the checkout, the customer account and the admin panel cannot come from cache, because they are different for every person. Their speed depends on the CPU, the database and the store's theme. This is where Redis helps, by keeping repeated queries in memory, together with the guaranteed resources of your plan. A very heavy theme stays slow on any hosting.
Benchmarks published by LiteSpeed Technologies show several times more requests per second than nginx and Apache, but only for pages served from cache. We do not promise a particular PageSpeed score: that depends first of all on the theme and the images.
The limits, in plain words
Every account has resources guaranteed by CloudLinux, which no other customer on the server can take from you. We publish all of them:
- CPU and memory — how much power your store has for the pages that do not come from cache.
- Disk speed — how fast files and the database are read and written.
- Entry processes — how many PHP requests can run at the same instant. It is not the number of visitors: a page served from cache uses no entry process.
- Inodes (number of files) — a store usually runs out of files before it runs out of gigabytes, because one product image becomes 10–30 files on disk. That is why the limits are high: 500 thousand, 750 thousand and 1.5 million.
What happens when you reach a limit. On CPU and disk the store slows down for a while, with no error. On entry processes a visitor may see "508 Resource Limit Is Reached" for a few seconds. The account is not suspended, and cPanel shows exactly which limit you reached and when. Most of the time the cause is not customers but bots, a product import or a module that runs too often — we help you find it before recommending a bigger plan.
Price, renewal and guarantee
With annual payment the first year is 50% off. From the second year you pay the full price, the one shown on the card under the button — no other increases and no set-up fees. Moving your store is free with annual payment, up to 5 sites. You have 30 days to change your mind and get your money back for the plan; a registered domain and cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
Where your store's data lives
The servers are in our own data center in Chisinau, Moldova, certified ISO 27001. Support replies within 2 hours during business hours and within 8 hours outside them.
