IPHOST runs VPS servers in two European data centers: Chișinău, in the Republic of Moldova, and Bucharest, in Romania. Both are in Eastern Europe, close to Western European networks, and you choose the location that fits your project: inside the European Union in Romania, or outside it in Moldova. Every VPS comes with KVM virtualization, SAS SSD storage, full root or administrator access and one IPv4 address.

In Chișinău you can choose Linux KVM VPS with a 1 Gbps port and instant activation, or Windows VPS with unmetered traffic under a fair-use policy on a 1 Gbps port. Windows VPS (Win S to Win 2XL) are set up by our engineers and activated within 8 business hours of payment; the Windows Server licence is included.

Romania or Moldova: which European VPS to choose
- Choose Romania if you need your data inside the EU, the most included traffic, or low latency to users in Romania and the rest of the EU.
- Choose Moldova if you want a Windows VPS, unlimited traffic, the most memory per plan or a server outside the EU. From Chișinău, the latency we measured in October 2026 was about 37 ms to Frankfurt, 40 ms to Amsterdam and 49 ms to London.
Cheap VPS in Europe, without hidden costs
Plans start at $4.18/month, billed yearly, and plans in Eastern Europe cost less than similar VPS in Western Europe. Prices in the plan table are monthly and exclude VAT, the Windows plans are 30% cheaper when you pay for 12 months, and extra traffic, an additional IPv4 address or a weekly backup are chosen when you configure the VPS.
