Every IPHOST dedicated server comes with a 1 Gbps port and 30 TB of monthly traffic, included in the price. Dedicated Mac servers are the exception: their 1 Gbps port comes with unlimited traffic under a fair-use policy. Traffic is counted in both directions and shown in your client area. When a server on the standard plan approaches 30 TB, we contact you to add traffic or switch to unmetered; the port is never cut off without notice.

Which one to choose
30 TB a month is a continuous average of about 92 Mbps, enough for busy online stores, SaaS applications and backup targets. Choose 50 or 100 TB if you know you will exceed it. Choose 1 Gbps / Unmetered when traffic is high and hard to predict. Choose a 10 Gbps port for large file delivery, streaming or data transfers that need more than 1 Gbps.
