The complete guide to create a manual backup from cPanel
- Log in to your cPanel:
Use your IPHOST credentials to access cPanel from your client area.
Tip: After logging in, switch the language to English from the top-right corner (Change Language > English) to follow the steps more easily. - Check that you’re using the Jupiter theme:
This guide is based on the default Jupiter interface.
- Go to the “Backup” section:
Scroll to the Files section and click on Backup.
- Download your latest full backup:
Under Full Backup, click on the most recent file and then click Download.
Note: The download may take several minutes depending on your website size. Make sure your device has enough free space.
