How to Change PHP Version in cPanel?
The default PHP version in cPanel is set to PHP 5.6 for the entire account, but you have the option to choose a different PHP version for each individual domain.
Available php versions: PHP 5.6, PHP 7.3, PHP 7.4, PHP 8.0, PHP 8.1
Before initiating the changes, ensure that the cPanel interface/theme is set to Jupiter:
Follow the steps below to modify the PHP version:
1. Login in to your cPanel account
2. Find and click the Multiple PHP Manager button
3. Select the domain for which you wish to change the PHP version
4. Choose the desired PHP version and click the confirmation button (as shown in the example picture below).
5. In a few minutes the settings should take effect.
