• Who can register: individuals and companies from any country.
• Name: 2 to 63 characters, letters a–z, digits and hyphens; it cannot start or end with a hyphen.

• Identification: residents of Moldova give their IDNP (individuals) or IDNO (companies); registrants from other countries give their passport or national ID number, or their company's registration number.
